Summer Camp Policies


  • All camp fees are due in full at time of registration. If full payment does not accompany registration, a slot will not be reserved for your child until payment is received, but no longer than 2-weeks.
  • Returned checks subject to fees imposed by Comptroller of Maryland.
  • Prior to June 1, a full refund will be given for cancellations minus a $25 administration fee. After June 1, camp fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • All refund requests must be received IN WRITING before June 1 and MUST contain the social security number of the adult requesting the refund.
  • If a child begins a camp session and leaves midweek for any reason, no refund will be given.
  • A Late Pick-up Fee of $5/fifteen minutes or any fraction thereof will be assessed for any child picked up after 4:15 pm.


  • Campers are enrolled on a first come, first serve basis as per the date of receipt of the online registration form.
  • Waiting list: When a camp session fills, a waiting list is started. Applicants who have already sent in their registration forms will be notified immediately of their wait-list status. Registration fees will not be processed unless an applicant is placed in a session.
    • Others may join the wait list by calling 410-586-8501 with their name, phone number and the camp session they would like to attend. If openings occur, applicants will be contacted in the order their names were received.


  • There is no extended care.
  • Age requirements will be strictly adhered to and must be met by September 1 of the event year.
  • Confirmation letters and forms will be sent out 4-6 weeks prior to the beginning of camp.
